as I've been layed off work and very board in the day time and its just gone though a mot other day, I'm going to un seaze all the coilover and take out the front helper springs because wound all the way down with them is not low anuf

so its all the way down with no helper springs it sits decked subframe is only like a inch and as it sitting on the bump stopps all the time it squeaks soo much like driving down the high street at 5mph its squeaking too much and i prob haven't even driven a mile and nailed the subframe on on a speed bump i could usely go over at like 15 / 20mph

so think I'm going to put them back in
