and as for the rocker cover, it is alloy and i might have get 1 without the recess so i can move the oil return valve

The fan housing thingy .. The bit that says polo GT on it .. remove that completely ..

like those engine-covers.but unfortunately they look like crap in combination with my old airfilter :(

Get your header tank cleaned/replaced with some lovely pink coolant :)

i've got an air polisher i could use to clean the rocker cover its just getting round to it, I've been quite busy as you all know but it will be done with the metal polish too

and as for the header tank, i'll get round to that when i get more coolant

might be a job for tonight actually haha

i was windering about doing this myself, is it just normal water/antifreeze with a whoel load of food dye in it or is it a specialist thing?

no VAG G12 coolent is pink/red as is premixed stuff at halfrauds

took the fan tray thingy off last night and took some pictures, also gave the rocker cover some attention

had to put this picture up, just something about it

think i prefer it with the tray there tbh

not getting a G40 rocker cover..... too much heat soak i think

already have an idea for it anyway

its the coolant pipe that goes to the radiator just looks wierd because of the angle

the 6n engine bracket, thats it mate

oh and obviously the nuts and caps

update :p

fitted a central locking kit to it not anything to show, but makes a hell of a difference :p

also got this today

and I've fitted a lower strut brace which has made a big difference to the handling

afew goodies from volkswagen :p
