how much was you are central locking kit mate and was it a bitch to fit?

Nice motor by the way, you are man hours are paying off.

my brother bought the central locking kit for his polo originally, think he paid like £10.50 on ebay in the end

fitting it is abit of ball ache because you have to drill holes near the door etc....

plus, the instructions i got weren't very clear so i had to work out the wiring myself.

fitting the solenoids is probably the easiest bit

still need a new wing ..... it's finding ones though :\

started fitting all the new parts today....

a comparison to the old slam panel and the new one....

as you can see it was well need the old one looked alright from the front, but as you can see the rear is in a real bad state.

looking good even if i do say so myself :p

starting to prepare the car for poloshow :p

getting some drilled break discs for my G40 calipers tomorrow

then all i need is the pads and they can be fitted with my goodridge hoses too :p

....it's all go go go

I'm having to do a majour overhaul of my car in the next week aswell before i go PoloShow on Saturday .

Got to Fix my rear light , Fix Numberplate lights , New Disk's + Pads , Gearbox Oil Change , Service , 2 New tyres , Tax the Car ...

I hope i can make PoloShow .. Whaen are you going ? Convoy from Derby ?

the central locking kit was a £10 wonder my brother won on ebay

its pretty good though, does what i need it to.....

olly - i still got the brocks just still need to get another one

and to be honest the BBS will be in better nick than the brocks when i've finished polishing them this week

oh yeh and olly.....

what would you prefer ? the mk2 golf GTI steels i had on? or the BBS i technically swapped them for ?

I wasnt knocking the bbs They do look good
