Can someone tell me if i need to remove any dash trim on my polo gti to remove the head unit - I've got the removal keys but when i put them in the unit still wont come out?!!!!

whats up with it?

also i want to replace the rear speakers (i have a 3door) so need to know what speaker sizes are in the back? cheers
