mate! i payed £120 brand new from volkswagen do it! ther suttle but awesome, so pleased with mine.

picked up a set myself off ebay the other week, bought 4, got there n the guy said to me, take they other 2 if u want em or they will end up at the tip, bargain!!!

the new wheels are n1.the choice to remove the iron cross was good.

think you should keep the splitter on dude , i had the same one on mine looks naked without it ,tho i couldnt fit mine as well as your 1 i had to mount it behind the bottom valance.

yeh it fitted quite tight cos i heated it up a little and cut some of the plastic out so it sat right but need something to keep it on a bit better the screws came loose.

Anyone got any other ideas for it? I'm struggling to think of any other minor touches now. fanc some black indicators and maybe some crystal finish rear lights but i cant find any of them atm.

Maybe do something to the interior now, its really clean and tidy inside with an 11 ball gear knob and stuff.

I've been thinking bout a badgeless grille, but not sure if it goes with the old school look I've been going for?

Any ideas to further the old school look?

if you wanna go old school, chrome peep mirrors and the biggest, bendy-est ariel you can find with an 8 ball on top

looks great as it is though

oh and theres some black smoked indicators on ebay at the mo for a good price
