hmm i mean like well the g40 as standard is supercharged so it already has low comp kon rods, oil feed to charger etc so all u really needed to do was the turbo and chip

but sine my gti is naturaly aspirated i will need to put alot more money into my engine than u had to because i will need to get new low comp kon rods, maybe a crank, uprated head gasket, remap, oil feed, inter cooler the list goes on haha

hmm i never acftully thought of that tbh dude as i have no idea which engines to look at for the parts i would need! dont want to bore tho as i dont want the block to be weakend!

see i dont get how psi works on turbos? like how can u run a set psi or what ever? its always confused me... is it just the higher the revs the more boost or..?

dubway currently used to run his valver turbo on standerd internals and compression at 6 psi ran fine

you can adjust the boost presure by tightening/slackening the actuator, that basicly controls the amount of exhaust gas's that spool the turbo.

The turbo was off a nissan 200sx, i think a T25, i got a chip from p.s.d.

on standard G40 engine and injection runnin 15psi.

evo 2 intercooler, now has a uprated oil cooler from k-tec, using a renault 5 turbo sandwhich plate and custom made oil pipes.

if its off a 200sx thats a t28 which is also used one nissan pulsers! just that I'm looking into turbo's for my polo gti but wasnt to sure on which one to get!

think I'm going for the t28 now tho

S13 SX's run a T25, Later models with the SR20 engine (ie pulsar engine) which is a 2.0l use a T28

Depends which 200sx it was off. S13s use the T25 and S14s use a T28 iirc.

The shell is no longer, but the turbo conversion is on another G40 now, in the process of fitting a bigger intercooler and a new turbo.

would like to run G60 injectors, to run up to 21psi, but i dont know if i can get a chip from p.s.d. anymore.

I've got a PSD turbo chip for 250cc G60 injectors if you want it.
