I'd type the list, but life's way too short. "Insuffient wheels" was one of the better ones.

In a plastic pig were we?

Only been pulled the once (not counting the fixed and mobile cameras, bastards! :x). Three days after buying the GT I was on the M3 coming back from work, giving it some beans and following a 5-series in the fast lane. Saw a car pull out behind me without indicating (which pisses me off no end, so it caught my eye) and then noticed a camera hanging off the rear view mirror. Rolled down to 70 (no brakes) and stuck to the limit all the way to J6. He copied every move I made but never indicated once. Pulled me over as soon as we got off the motorway. Turns out the ANPR was still showing me as SORN but I had a valid tax disc in the window - which I'd only just bought the day before :p. I told him I'd got a mate to trailer the car down from where I bought it. Couldn't spot anything else wrong with the car so let me go, saying "Goes quite well for a little car, eh?".

Oh, and I got followed by a panda car the other week. Slightly spirited entry onto the ring road caught their attention but as soon as I saw them I stuck to the limit (but dropped cogs and booted it when going from slow to fast stretches). Problem was it was pitch black and I was heading off out into the country somewhere I'd never been to get something off a Freecycler. They tailed me all round these tiny country roads, blatantly trying to shit me up. By the time they gave up and buggered off, I was fucking lost!

19 times. I was pulled over 4 times in one week and then the women at the piggy station said i couldnt have 4 producers 'sorted' in one go  She reckoned i could only do one at time i got assy and someone else did the paperwork.

I got one producer for making a joke about a ginger cop once, he pulled me over and i said as gingers we should stick together not hassle each other, he was not amused.................

I've been pulled plenty of times ..

The old car was put on a bloody watch list and they pulled me over near enougth 4 times a month ..

Checked the whole car over searched it thouroghly even checked for "nos" in the boot when i had people in the back and sparks were flying from the rear wheel well .. lmao ..

I beleieve they were looking for green as i used to drive around alot in the old car being young and all they probabbly thaught i was a dealer or summit .

It got kinda annoying to be fair as they would pull me and say "why did i pull you" i would then be polite and say i was unaware .. They were then to make some bulshit up like you looked to be traveling around that roundabout up there in a aggresive manour .

The new car which hasnt been out on the road too much doesnt attract as much attention to be fair ..

Bit obscure though ..

I've been pulled for ..

Wheels sticking out at the front

Pressed plates

No tax (eeep my bad i forgot to do it) got away scott free though ..

only been stopped once and that was for supposedly speading down a 500 yard long stretch of dual carriageway in a 1 litre polo! i told the officer it was impossible, got breathalised, given a producer and left to get on my way.

been tailed a few times but I've always lost them down some windy backroads, that the locul fuzz dont seem to know to well

  • 2 weeks later...

i was in my mates car while driving home and he slowed down for a sec to talk to a pedestrian, a car came up behind we drove off, drove into the middle of the road to get past parked cars and the car was an unmarked cop car.

we pulled over thinking wtf.

he was pulled over for being in the middle of the road for 2 seconds longer than he should have been.

i reacon they had nothing better to do and thought, how funny if we pulled this guy over for a stupid reason!!

:p

been driving a year, haven't been pulled yet, surrey.

Cheeky barstool

And lol, 'swift' driving, just like the haircuts ;)

That was my first lol!

I got pulled a few days ago for doing 30 mph in a 60  . I hadnt been on the road before so i thought I would take it easy, next thing I know a traffic cop pulls me over, comes to my window and asks me is there anything wrong with my car (baring in mind it was my dads brand new fiesta  ). Then he asked me and my mate a bunch of questions and just taling in general and we ended up having a laugh with eachother. His last words were 'have a good night and make sure I dont get any calls that two boys are stalking a girl'

Never :smirk:

i got pulled today, the copper told me my car should be on the road and if he got an inspector out it would probably be taken away and crushed

fair do's tho it is a bag of shit, he told me a few things to get sorted/changed and told me if he see's me driving it in the condition its in again he will throw the book at me. which is fair enough at least he's given me a chance to sort it out, just the plates could of gotten me enough points to get my license taken away and a retest never mind the hardcore shit that was wrong with it

SERIOUSLY SPEED KILLS...............SLOW DOWN PEEPS

SERIOUSLY SPEED KILLS...............SLOW DOWN PEEPS

speed never kills, it can only be a factor ;)

I've been driving for 2 and a half years in my Mk2, never been pulled!

I live more or less the same area as Shabs/Modest Mouse/McLovin (whatever the idiot's username is these days), and he's always telling me he's been pulled over for his cars...granted, I don't see many coppers around here, but they seem to track him down!

I've got a massive exhaust pipe and bucket seats which you can see miles away on account of their size, plus my car tends to be dirty most of the time...

they're probably to scared to pull you, you look like an 8 foot tall freak when your driving that polo

i could list and it would be a long list, but its not big.

not been pulled for years now, however i had a clean license till i grew up

Reminded me of a joke i heard on tv,

It was something along the lines of thousands die on the road each year, thousands die from alcohol related illness's yet only a few hundred die each year drink driving so it is safer to drink drive then drive sober

twice,

once in my italian job limited edition mini (old 1) for apparently being sat revving my engine, and i didn't even have my engine on at the time lol

and the 2nd was a stupid 1, i was doing 110mph in a 50 in my c2 VTS trying to get home as fast as possible, thought the car behind me was some silver a4 i had gone past n it was a traffic when he put the flashers on, luckily for me, only one guy in the car, gave me a lecture n sent me on my way, thank god

  • 1 month later...

Once in my punto, its was a shed and my front lights packed in, could only get my side lights on, so i put my fogs on to get home.

Unmarked volvo put on the blues and fined me £30 for the fogs. dang.

Poke ... 3 times ..

In the garage being sorted now though ..

me Twice, once for doing 55 down a 30 road(didn't get fined atall as it was a small riot van and said were not traffic cops so it'll be just a warning :D ha ha

and a general one I think, as they were bored maybe.
