You Love Your Polo...

Dunno what I want next

Just bought a BMW 318is for daily duties, I've got my Mk2 Golf and a G60 conversion to keep the smile on my face. Would quite like an E36 M3 or maybe a 328i...

Yeah the new m3's are lushhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :unibrow:

Mk1 Golf 3dr or Corrado.

having just been given an excuse to get a new ride, its gotta be a Mk2 golf 2.0 16v I'm gonna chuck in a 9A or ABF and enjoy having a proper engine that i dont have to rag to go places! onwards and upwards i say, although i can definitely see myself back in a polo in the not so distant future. cant be away from them for long i dont think!

whats up with your polo mate

I reckon id have a mk1 golf, tiny alloys, fat tyres n dropped on its arse!!

Although iv only had the gti for 2months so ill hav some more fun in it 1st,

i know for sure ill never own another french car!

i never thought i would get rid of me polo i love it to bits but i just bought a gt2 scirocco so its going! moving onwards and upwards

I genuinely believe that in my current circumstances there is no better car for me than my mk3 Polo, but when I finish uni and have a bit of cash, my heart is set on a Corrado. Unless I get loads of cash - then who knows!

I crashed it. Admittedly id rather have the polo than having a polo-shaped-spare-parts-pile on my driveway, but I'm a bit excited about trying something new. With a new found respect for the road too. Maybe i'll appreciate driving it more.

Good choice mate, I went from a Lupo to a Corrado, and the Corrado (although it was a bit of a dog) was fantastic. I only got the G40 because it was one of those cars I *had* to own at some point.

VAG-wise, I'll either build a big turbo 20vT Corrado next, or maybe an Audi S4

I'd prefer to go Non-Vag though, I've been thinking of either a Vauxhall Monaro (stupidly cheap to get big power from), a Corvette C5 or a TVR of some sort if I'm being stupid. The Monaro and Corvette and really reliable and cheap to run for a big BHP car.

Whatever it is has to match - and better - the driving experience and character the G40 has! Which is a tricky one, as any G40 owner will say!
