the bmw driver says he didn't even pull out of the side road and now there's some one who says they sore the hole thing

here what they said the old car hit the back of the bmw. and thats all they said

and relations don't count as witnesses

plus my insurace company say they know his lieing but there nothing they can do about it

If your dad cant even walk, why are you not pressing charges against the guy?

Forget the car, forget the insurance. Someone kicked several shades of the proverbial out of your dad. You want the police to sort that for you, independent of the car crash etc etc. You should be going to your local police. You have hospital records, more than one person giving a statement, and the fact your dad is in the state he is, as proof. You need a decent lawyer on this mate. One of those personal injury places.

Aside from all of that, if the car is written off, you can either keep it (buy it back, depends on crack with insurance company) and repair it. Get VOSA to do engineers report, and still use it. Or let them take it, get the cash, buy another car.

Are wheels still aligned? and the ride ok? a bust wing and rear dent is not really worth worrying about. front wing is a bolt on part. replace that and pull out rear dent and you would pass a VOSA identity check. At worst, sell it for spares, maybe £100 and buy another car.

since the accident it some times steers to the right under aceleracion and i think the shocks have popped but i've got a new shock kit for it any way
