To be honest i think its a joke .. Not Rat Look just the haters of people who like Rat Look ..

At the end of the day alot of effort goes into building a good rat look car however i personally dont find them apealing in any way other than a couple like the Mk1 golf in this thread ..

At the end of the day iff your not a fan of rat look then leave threads like these for people to post piccy's up which is why the thread was origionally placed .

Not gonna lie i love rat look cars never used to but now i love it as much as a trailer queen!! i used to have a rele nice coupe s till some stupid bitch pulled in front of me and it was all over!! Then i got me this lil polo cheap for a run about been about 6 months now and i havnt spent more that £50 on it and having a laugh all the way! I do plan however to leave rat when i get paid out. defo going miss it though just had some lil chave to day shout out "your motor is a banger" lol i just laughed! I filled my car with shit and the roof rack with shit one day to the dump with my mate, that was the best driver ever!!! peoples faces was pricless!!!

not trying to piss any body off here just giving my view hoodride and the thieving bastard behind it. stealing from fellow dubbers is as low as it gets in the vw scene imo and what derick did was way beyond stealing. yet people continue to paint that shit on there cars, as i said they either know what went on and condone it or are just blindly jumping on another bandwagon and have no idea that they are painting shit on there car that represents stealing from fellow dubbers.

every time some one tags there car with a hoodride stencil its like there spitting in the face of the thousands of dubbers derrick ripped off.

he set up hoodride.com then set up a shop on there to sell hoodride stuff (hoodys, hats t-shirts that kinda thing), he basically kept all the cash and didn't send the items, even when he was found out he closed the forum down but kept the donations part and iirc the shop open so he could milk the last of the cash off unsuspecting dubbers. this was at the height of the hoodride bandwagon and i remember reading posts from people who were out hundreds of dollars, from what i remember reading at the time there were thousands of people all over the world out of pocket thanks to him.

that car belongs to a lad round my way, the car isnt really rat at all, a couple of years ago it was met grey and totally mint. the rust isnt even rust, its paint! i had to do a double take when he brought it along to a local meet! i love how its constantly evolving and the guy has put a lot of work into it, far more so than taking a wire wheel to the bonnet and wings. he made the grille himself, i keep meaning to get him to make one for my car!

still it hasnt got anything on his mk1 polovan hes building at the moment!
