as for yours, why bilsteins? i'm using a h&r fixed rate kit.

because who are H&R? bilsteins are the grand daddy of motorsport. they are a million times better than the avos i had previously, and they have 33mm stancions, these are the real deal, you boys can keep your H&R cup kits, its hardly real suspension

my ex-boss used to use H&R race coilies on his competition M3 e46's... nother team i used to work for used some random coilies, they had a stork? or some white bird? as their symbol, were yellow and purple...

having been in cars running spax (apparently amazing) and h&r kits, i know why i bought mine!

if it came down to it, i'd want some 3 way Ohlins or Rieger dampers to be proper race spec, or at least bilstein PS99 or whatever, remote canisters

the billies are great, they're reasonably priced and good. but like, old school motorsport heritage good. they are the only damper of choice on group 4 escorts, sunbeams and chevettes pretty much.

Reiger were the suspension Suzuki JWRC cars used. was brutal in tarmac spec, but felt very forgiving in rough gravel spec, we switched to remote canisters for the Swift JWRC cars, after the Ignis' smashed some coils up.

i love the progressiveness of H&R perfect road shock IMHO, Weitec aint far off either, but for a full-bore race/track toy i'd probably hit up either KW or Reiger.

also, what gladerseite goodies are on your car, i'v got blocks an they rule, but want a subframe... are the rear bushes, topmounts and lower arms worth E300?

Spax suspension on the polo was the worst modification I ever made. FACT.

Being adjustable you'd think ah yeah just soften it off til its bearable, soften'd it off all the and it was as hard as I thought maximum hard would be. Never dare'd go the other way.

hey there jusy wonderin stue how much do you pay a week in petrol for that beast of a vr6 my bro has a golf mk3 and he said bout 70 for his cheers lad them wheels look well on it aswell.
