cambelt

oil flush and new oil and filter

coolant flush and new coolant

swapped the tappets over from another head i had laying about

changed the inlet gasket

new plugs

new air filter

il replave some more parts once its on the road aswel unitl i find a new engine to drop in:)

you should be able to get those wheels i those rear arches, just properly clean-ount, then re-seal the rear inner lip, then roll.

picked it back up today

only things advised on the mot were 2 tyres (the standard rims) and slight blow in the downpipe.

fitted cd player and swapped wheels agen.put the wellers on with 5mm spacers at the back and its scrubin like a biatch at the back and I'm at standard height haha...guess i get the hammer out....

use an arch roller or cut em off with an angle grinder...

another quick update..

80/80 kit should be on order friday evening :-)

ordered some camber shims :-D

.co.uk removed from the sticker on the boot glass :-D

fitted some aero look wipers :-D

new pressed plates arrived and look spot on. :-D

then the dash fell out..

then the arches got abit of a grinding session :-D

just need to find a arch roller now so i can flair the bitches...... and seal them up agen.. :-D
