I had a similar problem years ago, i had a fairly big American car, the fukin tit next door used to park opposite my parents drive and when he did i couldn't get it into the drive (narrow road) so i had to park on the street, had a bust up with a guy one night when he told me to "stop parking that at my gate" this was the son of the people who lived there who didn't even own a car, i explained to him that i couldn't get into the drive and that i wasn't breaking any law but his response was exactly the same as the braindead fuck you are dealing with, these idiots seem to thing a part of the road belongs to them, luckily we moved house shortly after that and nothing was done to my car, i know it's easy to talk big i WOULD have straightened him out, if he touched my car i would have smashed him, and i WOULD have sat up all night to catch him.

Ahhaha, people today are shocking they really are, as said though buddy dont take no crap, reguardless how big or how hard they may be....

Unfortunately, and there is no explanation, cars turn people into complete jerks.

Its the same with parking as well. People loose ALL reason if you do something they dont like.

I used to park in a street near work, not infront of anyones house etc- someone obviously had a problem with this. instead of putting a note on my window, or having a word with me when i parked up on a morning- they keyed both my cars in a week.

I get the train to work now.

I would of initially said CCTV... but if your neighbour is that happy to 'get physical' you have to be prepared for a lot of grief. Say you get a camera, and catch him. How hard do you think it would be for him to do something to your car when you pop out. not dificult. Or for him to smack you some other time.

Some people just want to make something out of nothing... sounds like he is one of those people. You see them every saturday night out in town starting fights.

Best bet would be wind the sus up until you can get on the drive. Or maybe ask another neighbour if they mind you parking infront of there house and do that. most people are pretty reasonable. it only takes one!

park your car there again walk off get into a mates car and park somewhere close and see who comes out the house.... then get your own back with eggs stones and what not get a video came and film them doing it and confronting them at the same time.. Camera Phones are wonderful devices.

i can relate to this story. Couldnt park infront of my house becasue we had two cars. So i parked over the road. The arguments got so bad the guy came across knocked on the door and came into the house before anyone could open the door and hit my gf dad. Police came and said to me "in the future can you park your car somewere else"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
