basically dose anybody no what bore and size of bump stop my polo has????? its a 2005 1.9sdi

ther reason why is I'm getting the car droped 30mm and new powerflex bushes ordered but i have just noticed the bump stops are woren away was thing about staying with powerflex, so can anybody answer the above question as i need to order them today as car booked in for monday 2 get the parts on
