i just want people to use a little imagination rather than following the crowd and putting BBS or similar style wheels on their dubs

Will look sweet with some lowering and a Gti front splitter, even if that is a bit samey, but hey if it works right? Also taking off the front numberplate would be cool, however might get you in trouble with the po-po :-D

BBS and Ronal LS are popular for a reason, becuase they look good.

on the loon I'm picking up at the weekend i have OZ wheels from a grass track car that i'll be ditching in favour of some 14" porsche fuchs

dont see those too often as it is, let alone fitted to polos

not that it matters, nor should i have to "prove" myself to you but hey ho, I'm a nice guy so i thought i'd play along

they are not exaclty offensive on the eyes as you made out! Yes alot of people have simialar style wheels but they do work well on most veedubs just how it is!

i dont think this arguments going anywhere... at the end of the day its upto people to do what they like with there car. lol and argueing aint gunna change anyones minds...

personally i like the muitspoke style but then again i like the alot of the porshe wheels too! lol i think id be happy with anything at the moment,(I'm running steelies... and it doesnt get much better as i am buying a set of 15" tsw... but they arent the mega chav style ones, they are the bbs style ones so I'm happy with them!

anyway mate... what is the porshe fuchs wheel? iv never heard of it before let alone seen it...you must be doing something differnt... it cant be that common!!! :-D

run whatever wheels you want, all I'm trying to say is it would be nice if people at least tried to use their imagination

so while you all rub one off over these wheels, I'm going to go and find a set of ronal teddies and make them popular again
