How much for the rear wiring loom ( Big black multiblock at the passengers feet to the boot and fuel pump)?

Hi sorry for the delay in replying to everyone. Back at home now, and stripped a lot off the car yesterday. Rest to come off today/tomorrow, so let me know if there's anything you need ASAP and I'll get it off before the shell goes to the scrap yard.

Genesis GT: £20 posted for the rear loom sounds OK. Will try and get it out today and let you know if it comes off undamaged. Also will check the size/weight in terms of postage as I've never seen it off the car.

Bort: I can probably do the front loom for the same price. Again, I'll get it out today and let you know for sure if it comes off undamaged and when I've seen the size.

MK3js: Colour code is LA5T. Nearside door is OK, though someone else is considering it atm. Here are some pics of the bad bits:

Two small scratches, but possibly a bit too deep to polish out:

And three little car park dings that are quite hard to see in real life unless you are at the right angle in the right light, and which don't show up well on photos. You can just about see one here, pretty much in the middle of the door (small white blob).

Rest of the door is fine. Winders/locks work fine as does the mirror adjustment, though as you can see in the last pic the mirror has a bit missing in the bottom corner.

thanks! it should be ok just lift the carpet, unplug the big fat black multiblock then slowly feed it back take the hand brake feed and int tank fuel pump of then through the rear wing, then rearlights then inline pump and thats it. only tool needed is a wee flat blade screw driver for some of the clips and rubbers. should fit in a shoe box.

is that rubber VW mats i see in that last photo top left? dont happen to have the rear ones do you?

was a shame dont see many loons in that colour and it suits them really well

Do you know if the rear passenger side arch plastic is the same as a mk2 polo loon?

If so how much you wanting for that?

Ta, for the positive comments on the car.. Also seriously gutted it happened to this one. Having just been to look at two Mk3 loons yesterday I'm realising quite how good my car was, bar a few little bits of paintwork.

Rear loom is out, ta for the instructions. Every connector is perfect with no wires cut etc. I do have one set of rear VW mats, but I'm afraid that's my only set so I need to keep them. I do have a spare set of front mats though, but no spare back.

Rear passenger arch trim should be the same as a MK2. I'll try and take it off today and let you know if it comes off undamaged. Not sure how much to post it, but could probably do it for a fiver.

i keep my eye out for any loons if you fancy another one

one on ebay one one autotrader, and was a black mk3 loon on autotrader last month very tidy one too.

Yep, this blue saloon was in pretty good condition before the bump.

That grey one for sale on ebay was advertised on there about 18 months ago too. It's was located in Hadfield (aka Royston Vasey) and the bodywork shows the true mileage of the car. Quite a few panels had been rattle canned sprayed over. The owner was in his late 40's and took me for a test drive over the Tor side road of Woodhead to show me how fast it was (NZ)

It had an 8P gearbox, but may struggle getting it out due to compacted engine bay!

i could help with engine removal if needed.
