Nice one m8. loving it. could you plz tell me how you done it, as mine needs to be a bit more tidy. Cheers m8

Like it; alot. How did you make is so flush?

Looks cool mate, but not sure on the position of the amp. Also, how do you go about changing your bulbs? Does the box just pull out?

yea it just pulls out there are two small brackets at the bottom and it slides out from the bottom it goes behind the shelf peice at the top to wedge it in there. i cant find any other place to fit the amp at the moment 2 hide it enough but i gives me all my boot space back nw instead of having a massive box in there.

Thanks for the comments

i like, youve done a good job, only thing is the amps upside down

mount the amp under the front passenger seat

its anly small so it shouldnt take much to do

just get longer wires to the sub

was going to say the same thing.

Looks neat there!

I like it...and i need you too PM me details on how you went about doing this.

Nice boot install mate :) what you running?

nice job, like the stelth shelf too, just you need 2 small 8" either side, you will get a hell of a lot better base responce. 1 12" (well for me) doesnt do it lol.

it just a 10" sub in mine i dont like to much bass I've had the bass before but its tomuch really for rock i prefer hearing the guitar solos rocking through the speakers i was finking of doing the other side but i like the standard first aid hide away the stealth shelf is just a 18mm MDF cut the the same shape of the parcel shelf just drew round it and cut.

thanks for the good comment :-)

did you use MDF wood to do your install ? I've got a ghetto install in my car atm lol after my exams I'm gonna do a proper install

ok thanks for all the good comments after the interest in this build i have done a rough diagram of what it looks like

subbuild.th.jpg

i used 18mm MDF and the sizes are on the diagram for reference the cutouts are to clear bits in the boot and the position of the sub is were the recess is. it was held with a bracket at the bottom of the wood and the top was shaved thinner and tucked behind the parceshelf plastic holder thingy as you can see from my pics.

if there are any other questions i will gladly answer

thank you for the interest in this build

cheers

so you are sub has no box ??

just a bit of mdf of that shape ??

:?

hide the amp

Really like the intiative!

there is no box behind but the air part can be sealed if a fiber glass mold of the carpet peice behind it and sealed behind the MDF to make a sealed box
