At first glance it didn't look too nasty,but the strongest part of the front end took the impact and the roof bent - that's taken a harder hit than it looks.

I've gotta vouch for a 'rocco btw,i loved mine. Gotta check for rust but if you find a solid one you're onto a winner.

That'd be me. I'm glad your on the mend, theres a few MK2 golfs on ebay locally as we speak, but polo's are a bit thin on the ground at the moment.
