These are some pics of my current boot install. I've been thinking about that side idea for a while, maybe two 10"(one either side) Does anyone know about the sound quality of an enclosed sub if the internal volume isnt correct. mine atm still has a standard sub box underneath. let me know what you think.

That might be loud, but I know for a fact that it will sound shit!!! And it's the ugliest boot build I've ever seen.

Even worse than this:

@ Cr3Ad Really Really like that side thing, i think i will certainly be going to B&Q on friday and start to make something like that!

Cheers mate!

cheers its realy not hard to make just geting the basic side shape to fit the boot get pics up when uve done

Ye ye, just wandering what size that sub is? is it 10" or 8" and also how does it sound because there is not much room behind so i would think it muffles it somewhat?

its a 10" sub and tbh the sounds rather good to say i haven't yet made the fiberglass bit for the back i get i bass not as loads as the sub could go once its enclosed properly but i dont like loads so for me its perfect really. and you are right there isnt a lots of room even when fitting the sub a had to measure just to get the right place for it to fit in but theres plenty for a 10" or 8" sub

Is that a JBL and a fusion Sub all in one.... haha. any one got any advice on how to stitch? i need to learn before i can sort my boot build..... or do i need to be nice to the girlfriend?

What do you need to stitch? its not hard, push in pull out etc (lol)

Sowing machine would be best tho!

I thought mine was OTT but that takes the biscuit.

No offence but you have every situated in on part of the car 6x9's on parcel shelf is a massive no no especially sat over a sub, your just losing sound quality right there. Add to that its ugly as hell!

This was mine before i stripped it all. And it was a pro installed unit not done at home by myself.

2 x 15 inch subs with full sealed boxes, what you cant see are the 2 6x9s off set to the sides

The wiring and rest of the amps and such hidden in the boot.
