For Sale: Piersburg 30 Pic 7 Carb: Refurbished - Needs a good home

I have a Carb which has been quite literally JUST refurbished. It has had bushes added to it to prevent play in the mech and is now working lovely - I had it refurbished to pass the MOT on my Mk2 1043cc 1982 Polo...however the car failed with a corroded chassis near the petrol tank.

The car itself is now uneconomical to repair and will be scrapped tomorrow.

I love that car and believe in German engineering and would like my carb to go to a good home!

Only really want a token amount for it - As long as it can carry on in the hands of those who care about Polos! It's been cleaned inside as well and passed the MOT emissions test.

I'm based in North Leeds, Chapel Allerton LS7 3NE if you want to pick it up in person or allow £10 for postage.

If you're in the local area and want to salvage anything form the vehicle before 9:30 tomorrow...I have had an altenator put in and earth in December and also a new battery - Would give them away for free as well as anything else on the acr you fancy providing you remove it yourself.
