Service coming up- Recommendations?

Service is due on my 6n (1.4 8v) just after some pointers for what i should get done.

Its covered 18k, had a very easy life, had 8k when i got it before xmas, so i have clocked up approx 10k this year. It is 1996 (P) so i am considering doing the timing belt due to age, and possible also the power steering belt(s)?

I think the fan belt is starting to slip, and I dont want the painful squeel that makes so going to do that as well.

Standard stuff: oil change, oil and air filters and spark plugs. Worth doing fuel filter? (Are there any fuel filters? where are they?)

I replaced the HT leads when i bought it a few months ago (needed a set for my other polo so put brand new ones on here) but is it worth doing rotor arm etc?

Anything else you think worth doing let me know please!
