McLovin i went out in the dark last night and can safely say that they are shit :lol: They are enough to see by, but just dim....but the way i used the bluey tinting film has given them quite a white look 8-)

Haha well its lowered 80mm + top-caps on 13"s....and I'm 6'2 :lol:

ye it is very safe to say they are POO! haha, i have bought some 100w bulbs just to see if they do anythin, i think i may have to invest in some HID's.

olly your car is soo low! cant belive jak can just step into you are engine bay :lol:

that reminds me of the father ted with the cows, "this cow: small...that cow: far away... " :lol:

olly it will probably help if you fit an uprated head light loom, these can be bought cheap enough i think, i have one waiting to go on my rocco, there easy enough to make and i still have the instructions for mine so could tell you how to make and fit one if need be? with decent bulbs they are meant to make a hell of a lot of difference to the candles fitted on early vw's :thumbsup:

ye will do olly, and ther on offer 7.99 they cost me. think the uprated loom would be a good shout for you. but we will test out the bulbs, what you up to tonight? can always swap one just to see the difference.

Awesome cheers dude :thumbsup: I will have to see how it goes with these bulbs, if not I'm gonna look into H.I.D's i think....will let you know if i need it though :)

tested out the 100w bulbs tonight, there alot better but still no one flashed at me with full beam. i think its because of my cars height tho as I'm low at the front but not at the rear. so i think my lights are pointing down.

Nope, tinted the lense :) and the outer edge....dom tinted the middle and it looks great, just not very good :lol:

You missing it ;) And nah....this isnt finished yet/cant afford insurance :lol:

mine are only film so it still reflects some light, the 100w seem alot better, wait till thurs when I'm level on ride height then i should notice a difference
