Just a few book stats for those who don't know about AXs:

As you can see these things are far from sluggish, so chuckable and huge fun, while being relatively practical. Most consider them a smaller version of the 205 GTi.

Good points:

Newish Bilstein OE dampers all round.

Just put two new top mounts and poly ARB bushes on it.

Remote central locking and alarm (all works!)

Electric Windows

Surprisingly potent alpine speakers!

Factory fit sunroof which doesnt leak :)

Most electrics still work which is uncommon on these :p

Newish (4000 miles) downpipe and backbox.

Spare set of alloys with good tyres.

Goes like a 1.4 really shouldnt!

Cheap insurance

Sips fuel, i've been getting 50+ mpg even with the odd spirited drive.

Other Points:

Has had welding to front inner wings and arches. All seems to be to a good standard and protected well so should last! although its not pretty its also not visible.

The front bumper has a small (as in you wouldn't notice if you didnt know it was there!) crack in it and the bonnet is slightly bent at the front.

Has been using coolant, although i've replaced a leaky hose which has hopefully solved the problem. It isn't coming out of the exhaust or anything so nothing major.

Paintwork isnt perfect but judge from the pictures.

Spoiler isnt fitted, I quite like how it looks without it, its sat in my garage and will be included however it has been roughly sprayed black at some point in the past.
