boring after 30 mins of playing on it? hell yeah.

looking cool is pritty pointless if after 30 mins of doing what its meant to do it gets boring. my mum found a mint still in its box NES in her loft the other week, as soon as i saw it i was like a little kids again (it had duck hunt and the gun with it!), so i convinced her she should give it me. i got it home and after about an hour of cleaning the game and inside the console to get it to work (any one that had one as a kid will probably know the drill...) it was up and running and was totally amazing... for about 20 mins, theres only so many times you can shoot a 5 pixel duck. since then its been sat next to my pc back in its box until i find the time to put it in the loft.

i had the rs500 sclectric as a kid and it was fun back then, but back then i was happy with shit going round and round in circles

That is amazing, way too much time, but he enjoys it looking at the effort hes put in. All that matters really.

I agree with mclovin, scalextric is great, for about half an hour. I had the nigel mansell one when i was a kid, i got so bored of it that in the end i just made a big long straight with loads of books under it at the end, then just pelted the cars down the track and let them fly of the end and into walls

I agree with mclovin, scalextric is great, for about half an hour. I had the nigel mansell one when i was a kid, i got so bored of it that in the end i just made a big long straight with loads of books under it at the end, then just pelted the cars down the track and let them fly of the end and into walls

HAHA!!!! omg yea! After 30mins racing your mates in circles i always resulted in going up into my loft (it was a realy long room) and making a striaght track and challenging my mates to propel their cars further.... needless to say half an hour after that someone broke something and it was game over.

Thats really cool but i wouldnt of done all that work unless the track was HUDGE i mean like double the size, or very soon he's going to get bored of that
