I have technical drawings for an adjustable compression strut and bracket which mounts off the psd manifold if your interested.

Packed up my CF job and got a job in Cov.

I say have technical drawings; I really mean that I have a folder full of Catia files that cant be opened as some monkey has ballsed up the 32/64 bit installation files. I will get back to you.

General jist - funky bracket made to bolt onto the 'loop' in the eaton. Similar bracket off the ex. manifold. One LH and one RH rose joint to make a strut.

Piss-poor engineering as the bracket on the manifold is in single shear but unless I start welding to the head its the best I can do.

EDIT - I got all my old laminating tools if you need to borrow them

Finish is awesome. Can't cut corners when modifying a car this far but as everything has been done to such a high standard it just works.

Look forward to seeing it around this year.

Have to be honest the styling isnt 100% to my taste but it does look pretty sick all the same, and that drop on those wheels is a funking right good effort. Well impressed with workmanship, attention to detail and overall quality of build, this car is really special. I remember all those years ago when i signed up wanting to know what it was gona turn out like, can't believe you have stuck with it for so long but the results speak to themselves.

Well i went out for a blast in an eaton G40 last night (albeit in mk4 polo guise) and it made me miss having a super charger. Man do those things howl.

I'd have the mirrors black to tie in the wheels, roof and handles but thats just me trying to find something i would change

a picture when you saw that 130, one of shock and disbelief! and when you think the rr guys couldnt squeeze anymore power from it madeit more impressive!

Yeah i was shocked tbh - i cant take any credit for the megajolt setup though, bort built the car on that setup but with a 1.3 mpi iv just swapped it for the 16v. Iv got hunger for more power now aswell, gona have to look at cams i think

I cant wait to see the golo in the flesh though - such a nice car
