TBH i wanted to burn it out that day and claim haha and that was my fault for being a pikey 8-)

Awesome build.

I reckon this will take a few trophies in Polo categories in shows this year!

My favourite part of this is the imagination and effort it's had put into it, can't congratulate you enough

Looking good! Is it being featured anywhere yet? I'd imagine the mags will be keen to get their paws on this!

nah, not without some serious ass licking i dont reckon. left it a lil late i think. il email them 2moro and see what they say. cars spotless tho- easily smart enough i reckon.

Easily smart enougth mate just have to get your application in early .

Its just a yes, every other word to describe it has already been said.

Top work. Credit to you for all the work thats gone into it.

Mag feature is a must. Hope i see it at a show this year.

This car is fucking awesome.

Can't believe they won't have it in UD, would be well keen to see it!

It's been great checking in with the progress of this over the years. Times certainly flown by.

Its a stunner. Credit to you!

cheers guys:-)

i really cant wait to show this off. people are going to be looking round this for ages spotting all the little mods. not long now!!!

It'd be a touch to get some one-piece front windows - and a subtle sideskirt (if such a thing exists!). Think the windows wouldn't be easy, but that probably wouldn't stop you. ;)

Bet you're glad that you stuck at it now! :)

subtle skirts i already have- not in the photos as they are a secret as are other missing trim pieces;-)

the windows i looked at doing- but there isnt enough space for a mech- and i cant not open the windows- opening front quarters however is something I'm working on. i wil probably sort the windows one day- you know me lol.

I'm really glad I've stuck at it, in my eyes i achieved what i wanted to do.

half way through the 1w project now, i found the missing 6th set of pistons:-)

i love this, if only it was legal to run no front plate :)

theres probably a rear story behind the tail lights but a set of g40 lights would just look oh so much better in my opinion but that doesnt matter lol :)

Keep it up :)

Personally i think the rear lights work better than standard ones as they would look dated against the very modern, modified look of the reast of the car.

All red would look sick though.

Hmmm. Still what a beast.

the car is epic !! but I'm unsure on them 2 rear tints?

the back lights have still yet to have the indicator orange tinted. i removed G40 rear lights from it as has been mentioned - look a touch shite and old.

the rear tints look a little odd as the back screen aint been done yet either- its only a slight tint as i didnt want to put standard glass back into it, and it does look better then in the photo.

I have lost your number after a succession of horrendous phones. I have got a computer now but have lost a vast chunks of cad work so just knocked up a quick fag-packet model for you. Nothing spectacular but helps explain what I was going on about. Still need to get that plate out of bending but since I have not touched an G engine in many moons I am struggling for potential hard points. G goes in the new garage in a few weeks so I can email you something less spacky then.

yer i see what you mean, what I've got kinda does the job- what I'm wondering though is if it needs supporting. your bracket will hold it still- but wont actually help take some of the weight. and my god i made the best modification ever today for my eaton- a 90a alternator bracket. fook me does it make a difference having some proper voltage! the car ran like shit and thats with a brand new battery and a brand new 65a alternator. now I'm running a bigger 063 battery and a 90a and it runs so much better! there must be a hell of a lot of drag on the crank pulley!
