Looing good mate, that battery tray is nothing to the repair on mine in my mark 3. I think the battery must of fell into the footwell of the previous owner lol!!!

The epoxy shit makes a pretty good seam sealer by itself dude :-D As long as the gaps aren't too big.

hah i put some on the golf, but it made me proper miffed cos it ruined all the sexy painting skillzzzzzzzzzzzz.

couldnt find an appropriate brush in the whole of flipping Bummers&Queers.

ill seam seal after epoxy mastic on the golf and then give it a lick of paint over the top, and all should be larrrvly laaarvvly.

I might well have to invest in some of this poxy spastic stuff then. Is it just POR-15? Heard a lot about that it just seems dear?

I found the best way to apply seam sealer is with a caulking gun and a wet finger (uww err). Or the stuff in a pot use a old paint brush that's gone hard in sections. Kinda works better some how. Or cut a 1/2" brush down so its really stumpy

there is a german polo with a 2f front end, there was one at vw action last year it was a 1000bhp polo looked rather wicked
