Don't tiger seal it. Looks like it might have had a replacement door.

You could always try and fit some 6N2 side strips. They are usually colour coded and a bit flatter than the ones you have at the moment so they would look a bit better. I think you'd have to modify them a bit though, I think they have lugs in the back to clip into a 6N2 but you could just use trim tape to fit them onto a 6N.

spray those wheels black, deck it, black roof, black mirrors, jobs a good'un

i park around the side of the house on the flat :p

at this time, i couldnt afford the 6n2's so will be using standard mk4's for a while,

and the picture of the strip was removed from above the wheel arch (3 door) resulting in not a replacement door, i think its primer as alot of pay came off :(

yeah i go soo pissed off, finking it would be the simplist of jobs. as the badges came off fine I though the strips would as well.

Problem was I had dents behind the strips as well which I didn't know at the point untill they were off.

and yeah they didn't come out bad, not at all, if you look on the 2nd page there is the final result.

It may not be show room quality but its better then the dents and loss of paint lol

same with me, badge came off really easyily and nicely so thought id try my luck,

Unless you have dents you wont need to use filler, just sand to bare metal and make sure its smooth, then spray.

the thing about sraying is that if it goes wrong. let it dry, sand it down and do it again.

I had the same issue with my side strips, always seems worse on silver polo's
