A couple of questions about a Mk.5

I've just bought my first car, a 2002 Polo 1.2 'E'. It's kind of barren inside, and whoever ordered it didn't play around with the options list much. There are 2 things I'd like to add to improve it, remote central locking and aircon. I'm sure this is possible, but roughly how much would it cost and how easy would it be to fit the proper VW spec equipment? I presume that it would be just standard VW group parts, but I know that keys are quite expensive.
