sorted a set of 16v wheels out, got them for £80 and all had pretty new tyres on em BARGAIN.

the alloyws them selves tho were a bit kurbed so i set about sorting tht out :)

Presumably the 6n in your avatar? i woudl put a small pin stripe around the edge of the outer lip as a nice bit of contrast mate

that has just made my day, i've just the same wheels on my black 16v and i've been wondering what colour to do them when i get them restored, maybe gun metal or graphite, but that has just answered it, black!! looks brilliant, i thought it may have been too much but now i've seen that i'm sold on the idea, good post fella!!!

i was thinking of getting a back and sides legal limit (16% i think) tint on the go too, this car is my sunday drive toy and only goes out in the dark, i'm going for the stealthy look.

Stealth for the win IMO!! The slipstreams on my 6n will be going black very soon to, aswell as the tints, my m8 has done the same to his ED Civic and it looks mental, and dont even notice it at night

being on a tight budget i wanted to put as much effort in to make them look good,

Have you got these on your car yet? i have the same colour 6n and i love black basic looking alloys like the ones you have, want to know if its worth picking some half decent cheap ones from the bay and cleaning up to put on my own whip.

Either A dark grey vw badge or silver to match the paintwork.

Most sign/graffic places can make them then they cover them in doming resin. Or eBay
