hhmm they work to an extent, i'm not gona be the one to say 'needs to get lower to the ground' as its a 1.8t so would be pointless to have to pussy it around everywhere

arch gap needs to be eliminated though and it'l be job done :D

I try not to look at your threads anymore panda, I was trying to get money together to buy this car and I felt ill when I opened your my new car thread. Looks good on those wheels, keep it up.

I'll adjust the stance a little before poloshow :) although it's already caught a couple times, don't really want to damage the zorst/sump

It looks good - but only from certain angles

Other angles make them look too big imo

As above looks good from certain angles. Actually it looks good from most angles its just the side view makes em look a lil big!! A 10mm drop will help sort that out though i think...

i reckon either a bigger splitter or not pandering [see what i did there? lol] to the internet will make your car look 100% ahha

they look tooo big, don't really look that great,

i would say 15's max

Dont like it :-( too big for my taste

you little seadog! when did you buy rabbys car off ash???

He's spent a small fortune putting this back to a decent spec! how much it set you back PM me you lynx can toting mother flipper!

He swapped his 9n for it chrispy.

NO shit! ash must be getting sensible in his old age and restricting himself to only one 20VT

those arches were made for some huge wheels, Steve dentons finest!

Looking good panda-pop, have to agree that from some angles the wheels look at might too big, but its all about putting the power down, think I may need another trip out in it at Polo Show, already know what it was like on 15x6 so 16x7.5 should be something

You gonna have sorted the US spec tailgate by next weekend?

Car's gonna be as is dude, but with the filler/primer rattle canned over temporarily :)

It's gonna be dropped and i'm gonna try and source/liberate a GTI splitter from somewhere before the show! :)

Been running 16x9s all round on me 6n daily for months...

looks mean, i like them somthing differnt

still needs to have a bang on stance

I'll be spending my cash getting it back to a show worthy standard, but she'll never be a trailer queen... I love driving her too much!

Oh and Jack, I really don't fancy damaging the £1500 exhaust system, so it may go slightly lower, but it'll never be slammed to the deck!

Word! Looks rad

On the whole I think the wheels and the car do go very well together but there is that look of them being just a tad big for the car. However I think if the arch gap was eliminated they should be spot on! :)

With the 20VT it must be a laugh and a half to drive though.

Glad you like the wheels dude :-)

oh one more thing.. This car is disgustingly rapid!!! I'm sure i digested a bit of lung going from 2nd to 3rd 8-)

is it me or is the paint work half matt black and half gloss black??

either way this thing must shift 8-)

bumpers bonnet and boot are all satin black, the car's getting resprayed, so it's just do they're not blue/green/red till that time comes :)

The wheels look good on it, what colours it going?
