wheels will prob look better in real life, trial fitted the same wheels but only 7's on roly's old 6n. They looked ok, but in the pics we took they looked shite.

Sourced an IHI for it and a new fuel pump, then another mapping session, should see over 300 :)

He probably could, but to pull of 15's in them arches he would have to be quite low and as he's said he doesn't want to be too low and what's the point in having all that power when he has to worry about scraping everywhere

Nah, 15s with tyres, instead of elastic bands, and a nice even amount of small-ish arch gap all round will look sweet and still perform well

From some angles i think they do look a bit big. Maybe its just the wheel 'cause poundie's schmidts are 16s and they dont look massive. But for me wide 15s are the perfect size on a 6n/6n2.

However, refreshing to see big wheels rather than the 14" trend a year ago.

liking the direction.. glad 2 see you still having fun with it. dont think people really understand how big the arches are on the car n what a nightmare a big block engine can be. always the option of the shallow sump?

mayb worth also looking at bigger injectors? heard vxr ones are cheap as. worth looking into all things b4 mapping session.

long time no speak, how're you keeping?

I'm going to be doing some more engine work before another mapping session, bigger turbo, bigger injectors and a bigger fuel pump :)

I've tweaked the ride height alot since these pics were taken, it's looking alot more respectable now!

Sump will be staying as is, it's not that bad tbh, it's the exhaust i'm more worried about, I've bought some sump sealant for it (fucking £18 a tube!) and hopefully i'll fix that leak.

i'v got some 15" compomotive MO's that need to be on your 20v polo.

16's are too much! way too big...
