Petrol Flap on 9N 02' Snapped!?

Hey guys,

Wonder if anyone can help. I friend of mine walked (!) into the petrol flap when it was open when filling her car up.

It sheared on the hinge, rendering it needing a new petrol flap assembley. Soooo..

1) Where do i go, are there any good scrappies people can reccommend to get another silver one?

2) Does anyone know how its removed/installed. Dont remember seeing screws so is it an inside job?!
