course it can cope with the power, its a newer vw, so restricted as standard compared to what they can do

Ha! If you think an LSD will help make 400bhp genuinely drivea-able you need to have a think. 400BHP is going to be MENTAL in a FWD car. Especially if it's a Torsen-type differential, it'll still spin the wheels up. It's 200bhp per tyre and prob. near 200ft/lb as well...then you have to try and go round a bend at the same time.

Look at what Ford did with the Focus RS, they had to go steal Renault's innovative front strut design to cut torque steer and then fit an LSD.

Not to say it's not going to be hilarious fun though

it failed 1st one of hand brake and horn not being loud enough...

had an advisery for engine managment light coming on.

he dropped it off at garage yesterday morning for retest but wont know till tuesday.

i need to get a new maf cos thats why engine light is on grrrr

hi dude liking the work... if u was u i would get the turbo ceramic coated aswel.. and then to reflected the heat from the turbo i would put some atl fuel cell golf foil behind the turbo... or make a heat sheild...

not coating the turbo but it will be getting an heat sheild

mocked up in place to check the boxed bulkhead section behind the turbo is correct with DP in position etc etc.. heatshielding will be attached to the inside face of this tomorrow when i weld it fully, paint etc
