was that sunday afternoon ? i wasnt in a the black vr6 as my vr6 turbo killed its diff on the way to the event.. sorry you were shunned, perhaps most have been to quick to label others.. when i go to shows, i like to mingle with others, I've had over the years, scirocco's, golfs and other.. and I'm always intrested to see what people have been able to cram in or modfify. perhaps if your at another show , come and say high, most of us are happy to talk and answer question and offer advice. after all we all drive vw's.. i thought that was the common thing that bound us together..

The dude with the charged 24v vr6 mk2 sort of had a chat, but i tried speaking to the bloke with the green charged vr and he wasn't interested. In fact, the most talkative person was the girl with the black mk2 vr! Maybe everyone just got pissed off by certain polos revving their tits off right in front of them? Sorry for being so sharp i'm a bit like that.

yep, i think you hit the nail on the head with the last part of your post . the bloke with the charged 24v had to leave early as he had a call from work, the gu in the charged green vr , had the pleasure of being next to the noisy peeps, so got very little sleep ( less than most of us ) , and as such wernt to happy.. I'm sure if he is approached again will chat as normally he dont stop talking.. and dont worry about being sharp, id rather people say it as they see it. :) see you at another show :)

now then guys, i showed up on sat night and mistakenly parked next to the lads with the vr6 polo and astra (that vr6 was cool by the way) could not get any sleep at all, that music was shit !

I should of done what ma brov did and slept in the car coz he didnt hear them.

Well man looks like a couple of people spoiled what could have been a good joint weekend but instead everyone seemed to be staying away. Another show indeed!

i did sleep in a mates car saturday night as my very expensive tent had leaked as i left the roof vent open during the day, forgetting that it pissed down most of saturday..

never again i'll close the tent next time . :)

i found the vr6 O.A.P drivers to be right twats tryed speekin to a few of them just get a short sencence off them then they ignore u , if u go to look at the cars they either watch u like a hawk like to say what u looking at my car for , look at u like run along little boy , or dont touch what u cant aford , 1 idiot saw me looking under his bonet about to tek a pic so he closes it , got on fine with all the club polo lads , sorry if the few of us up til 4 had music on phones , wasent realy lowd enuf to keep anyone awake realy tho , good show in my mind be even better if saw a few vr6s broke down :-D

I thought the VR6 lot were ok, had a chat with a number of the owners and they seemed fine. I dont think though there is any need to complain about club polo as a whole, I thought we were fine, apart from people who thought it was neccesary to rev there engine every fine minutes, do doughnuts (mostly some green gash japanese Nissan heap). The VR6 lot were just unfortunate to be next to the lovely donk music fans AKA RIPSPEED CREW.

Also, considering it was your group that pinched some of our stuff on saturday night, we got you down to a tee on your mindset and behaviour. Given those facts, can you blame us for watching you while you walked through our camp site behind our tents?

just like to say this was my first polo show i was over with the polo performance lot, and all i gotta say is well done for apologising red van man.
