My mate got bored of his paint scheme on my old mk3 so we decided to go at it with our creative genius, a little bit of a mistake and a spur of the moment idea which turned out great again with the help of steve (stealth) and this is what we ended up with..

Think we have mixed the perfect colour for my inner arches and floorpan though its lush !

Some flatting and moppin on this to be done too god damn our arms are going to be sore !

The wheels are BBS off a E30 i believe ..

The job has been done by a gun although there was alot of overspray landing back on the paint from the gun so alot of flatting will be needed . Should come out top notch with no orange peal or owt once i flat it with a DA then flat it with 2000/3000 Grit then a quick run over with the mop and some G3 then some 3M Compound (Purple) polish and a lick of Zymol to protect .

I only sprayed the brown bits the white was domne with rattle cans

totally agree, would look pimp with colour coded wheels and loose all the green bits. classy old skool over in your face colour's with this colour scheme any day imo

yeh the purple/maroony colour is very classy, would be silly to ruin it with a lime green, i say colour coded centres with white lips, or maybe the other way round.

the colour of the wheels could make this either a nice show car, or another 'wtf-has-he-done' car, so be careful

Loving your work mate, what products do you use when say laquer truns out hazy? and what polish and wax sealent etc is good, i see you mentioned some above, whats the full names and where to get them?

Having four 6x9s in the shelf is the way forward
