Windscreen issues - minor/major?

I'll most likely be buying a 1997 MkIV-6n 1.6 GL Polo next next... for it's age it seems to be in very good condition... I really just looking for a runabout and the few bits of bodywork that need attention wont be too much of a problem.

However I have noticed in the bottom right corners of the windscreen there appears to be moisture that looks like condensation, it covers about an inch or two of each bottom corner but doesn't extend all the way under the black beading to the inside of the car. The only thing that worries me is if moisture has caused rust damage and this will cause leaks into the car. At the moment there appear to be no leaks so it may just be moisture trapped between the glass and rubber bead.

Another thing is that the windscreen looks to be heat reflective.... where the air flow holes are in the dashboard this has discoloured the screen to a blue/purple'ish colour.

I don't think either of these a major issues but just wondered if anyone else has had similar issues.
