Hello. Has anyone else tried fitting a set of DTM style mirrors to a Mk3? I recently ordered a set from "style_in_motion" on ebay for my squareback, but the base plates for mounting them, and the mirrors themselves, are absolutely massive, over twice the surface area of the original base plate and making it impossible to attach the mirror with more than one screw. Which looks ridiculous, especially from inside the car. Any advice appreciated. Cheers, Angus.
