New Top Gear

Featured Replies

if i'm honest i enjoyed the electric car part, its just them 3 doing the same old stuff but that's why i like it, would of been better with less time dedicated to that and more to some car tests or some thing but it could of been worse, they could of wasted more time on the star in the car

At the NEC live they said they thought this was the best series theyve ever done. No evidence of that so far reallyy.....

Fair play. I hate how staged all of it was though, needs to be a bit more interesting than just driving the wrong way then breaking down, or rolling it down a hill an crashing it on purpose haha.

yeah i see what your saying mate

tell you what there was some fit in the audience though! I was barely paying attention to may hammond or clarkson haha

She was standing behind hammond?,

I agree on this point, Fits in with cars easy

I do find Top Gear a bit, erm, perdictable at times, As soo as they were pushing 'Geoff' i could see it going down the hill, Did find the 'Tests' hilarious though

You guys spot the mk3 golf?

E38 ripped it from here first - that's my telly!

I realised when I saw the spotted thread, my bad  credit where it is due lol

Credit due for being the first person sad enough to take a pic, haha!

Off topic but I only got sky+ the other day, such a gimmick. I'm loving pausing and rewinding tv, fantastic stuff

Sky+ is officially awesome. Fact. In fact I don't know how I survived without it!

Did anyone else notice the Ferrari 575 casually parked in the background throughout that whole scene aswel?

The cheesy childishness can be annoying, and tonights was no exception. I only got past the air ship part by not being able to reach the remote whilst eating.

But whilst that 'Stratos' kit car was shown spinning twice by the Stig (and the rest),with the slowest lap time of any test to date,it looked like he was having more fun than ever before.

I thought it was a great episode, some proper car appreciation 8-)

That was hilarious too... ''Golf Papa Golf.. please dont call the police!''

I forgot how much i used to be in love with lancia delta integrales before this ;)

Did anyone else see the black A3 with black wheels and everything blacked out while Jeremy was getting the Stratos fixed. Looked rather unusual.

Looks like a 1.8T A3. Its got a huge camera mount hanging off the back-end of it, so I'm guessing they use it for filming. Probably matt black so it doesn't reflect quite so much light back to the camera.

That was probably my favourite episode so far. Although I pretty much ignored the airship/caravan bit; minus Hammond in the Lamborghini it was too much like one of James May's own programmes.

I actual enjoyed this episode! Was good, hopefully the rest of the series will follow suit.

7 episodes confirmed for this series...

I'm hoping for an xmas special :D

wasnt a bad episode,

Did enjoy Stigs 360's in the Stratos at the end :D :D

this is like the cadburys advert

And now it's the Village People

Brunette bird to the left of Clarkson...

oh look guy riches got a new film out :|
