I mean that: if i want to pick the package i must pay for it and the money goes to delivery person then! I don't know how it's called this think in England, but in Romania, with "posta romana" we called " ramburs ", meaning that example: u send me a package and you want money on it, and I pay for it before i picked up, and then the money are delivered to you!

I'm serious and responsible person, i am not trying to fool anyone!

I think that u are right. But i didn't find anything like this on ebay, and i was wandering if anybody have something like the picture from the first post. And in Romania something like that i didn't find it.

Maybe it's someone on this forum so kind and help me. I will pay the 2 panels + cost of the transport to my address, but first i want to know the hole price for 2 pieces and cost of transport.
