More pissings bout. Shame I didn't realise these trims were 16s and not 15s cause they look cool.

Tried the 17s on properly today and I'm not sure if they'll fit. Widths are okay, got them to fit that way back the back wheel seems to sit to far forward in the arch. Gonna get some lower profile tyres to see if that helps at all. Looking at 205/40/17 but gotta be sure. There not as cheap as the tyres I normally go for! As for pokey flushness I'm happy. Just need some tweaking. Dunno if I'm totally sold on 17s yet. Look a bit big when you look at the car side on. Gonna polish the lips and reassess the situation. Green lips aren't really doing them any favours!

Although when I came out to the car this morning it had pissed itself.

Cracked the sump in the middle last week but managed to pikey it back together. Thought my pikey work had come undone but it hadn't, new hole had appeared to one side so sorted that out.

Went on a test run down to the scrappy to pick up some bits. Stopped by Volkswagen on the way to get a price on some parts and some clever idiot left christ knows what in the middle of the road but all I know is it was solid whatever it was! Anyway, within minutes the oil light was flashing so pulled over. Got the car up in the air which is a task in itself and managed to pikey up the sump some more on the other side. Instant gasket is your friend, seriously...
