Tbh Rich did all the complex stuff. I took the dash out and he did the fuse box and I put the dash back in. He did all the bay wiring and the engine wiring. I just helped do up bolts I was told to do up and put the engine in the hole. I won't be at UD though. Hopefully I'll finally have the driveshafts sorted by tomorrow. Can't believe they have been such a fuck on!!

ABF, they didn't make them and you don't see many converted as it's exactly the same amount of work to bung a VR in, hence why they're so special.

These were on ebay (6&7s) and went for a sensible price. I put a bid in not expecting to win but I did so happy days. In reasonably good condition. Just need the lips polishing up and the caps polishing up. I should be getting some more parts tomorrow so provided I do I've got a couple of colours in mind for the centres. Also picking up a set of G60 carriers and those (what I can only describe as) Kanye West style fog blanks. Just need some G60 calipers and some 16V hubs now.

I don't think it will be to be honest. There 6s up front and I'm sure the ET is something like 45. So with 25mm adapters it'll take it down to ET20. Which I'm guessing will be reasonably flush on the Vento. Cause they use 6" ET38 as stock. Again the same on the rears. Gonna double check the offsets when I get down the unit as 45 seems pretty low for a set of Porsche wheels.

Ended up buying so more bits today. Got a set of smoked side repeaters, smoked indicator blanks with the Kayne West style covers over them, smoked indicators, G60 calipers, braided hoses oh and a Mulbury trim...!
