Help please from the people with rclick RCL

Hi guys my door locks have finaaly failed on me meaning i cant lock my car, i have a 1L lupo, model E.

It appears to have had central locking retro fitted by VW many moons ago, which now doesnt work and has never worked since i have had the car ( i only found out it had been retro fitted by looking on the computers at work about a week ago).

I took the door cards off to find the only bits left of the CL is the solenoids (not connected to anything and no obvious wiring laying about) which do work as i have tried them.

All i wanted to know is which kit i should go for, I think i would only need the one thats converts MCL to RCL as the solenoids are already there, and the only difference i can see between the MCL to RCL kit and the no central locking to RCL kit is that the latter comes with solenoids.

Could someone confirm this?
