Known this guy for years. I doubt it would cost you more than £50. On the A64 below York. He's got a very unique Porsche Boxster rally car.

Is it that obvious I am writing a piece of coursework.

i thought you where dead

i thought you where dead

Not dead my fellow whining chum. Ran away to mongolia for the summer, then just generally gave up on the internet bar a quick email check. Never normally around the net long enough to do anything bar essential work.

As I mentioned above, 1500 words on Finite Element Analysis means I have spent the last few days infront of the e-idiot box.

Ill give him a shout and see if theres anything he can do. Beauty of magnesium rims is it'll be cheaper to send it to him to take a look and get him to send it back than driving down

Got a tip (Y)

Just ring the person using voice control, Shout down the phone so they here you and plug the iphone through the aux on your headunit so you hear them out your sound system while driving, and tell them to hang up and you never touch the phone,

Hands free with the iphone Alakazam!

Hands-free is poo, if you really want to make an effort get one of those ear dongle things. You'll look like a nerd, but better than faffing on.

But either way, things like this can happen regardless if it was texting, changing temperature of heaters, radio or anything. I did this the other day, first time i've mounted a kerb while driving, I was at college and i was looking for a car park space while routing around for my phone to see how late I was, and i was looking totally the wrong way since i knew there was nothing infront, i ended up smacking the kerb at about 10MPH.

good lad! yeah all about a good mesh bled

you selling the ronnals now????

kam doesnt sell rims, he collects them

Is it me or is the clue in the title of this thread?

I thought that video of that lass crashing was pretty sobering, not stupid. Hence since seeing it I'm much more consious of my actions whilst driving.

At least you get a second warning with the wheel, hopefully you will learn this time.

And I really cant believe you put that if you hit a pedestrian it would be thier fault lol, you would still be doing time chamone.

I know I know. I need those in my life.... :-(

they're a popper motor sport wheel with thicker lip on the rim, hence he must have smacked it hard to do that!

Cock

Sorry MR perfect.... teach me how to be as "Stuck up your own arse" like you please...

I bet your one of those people who think there driving is spot on, your wrong...

Even driving instuctors get it wrong... Jog on...

Dont spose you would be saying that if he splatted someone you know or even worse, bumped your car whilst texting.

but he didnt hurt anyone, thats why i said it.

have you neva done anything you shouldnt have whilst driving? if you haven't you are lieing.

I had an iphone and hated it,back to buttons for me.

Never text'd whilst driving though,i concentrate only on the job..

I dont even look at passengers whilst talking to them. Perfect as i am,I'm not gonna join mocking. You're not daft, you've put the topic up as a warning to others who have become equally complacent,so fair play.

Those who think it wont happen to you - no it wont,it'll happen to the one who swerves to avoid you.
