Please can someone tell me where the heater resistor pack is on a MkIII T reg 1999 Polo.

I have been told by my local garage that the heater resistor pack has blown (I have checked the fuse and that is OK) and I need to replace it but do not know where is is and how easy it is to replace.

Any advice gratefully received and any picture / diagrams would be really helpful.
