As it says on the ad mate, not a great deal. However I'd rather have a good car with no history than a shed with loads of history The cambelt was done just before I bought it but no receipt as the chaps son who works at VW in Helston, Cornwall did it in his spare time at work. I did check it straight away and it was new :) In the 2 years I've had it all I've had to do is service it and replace the exhaust a couple of months back. I've only done 5000 miles or so since I bought it just over 2 years ago The beetle is what I use most the time during the summer

as said before though mate, if its still available monday and i've sold my bora then i'll come get it 100% :) unless i already have another car by then!

There seems to be a fair few out there mate. Just check esp the rear arches for rust, also the sills. Then listen to the gearbox for any strange noises between gear changes. I'll keep 'em peeled for you
