this is my mates land rover. 3.5 litre v8 - it sounds the absolute dogs bollocks. 100miles to a full tank though, soemtimes less

Indeed, we have one at work with a knackered engine, i need to work out what bits go onto the fiestas, since i know you had get the brakes onto them.

We had a V8 Range at work not too long ago, one of the really old ones. I wasn't aloud to drive it about much, but damn it sounded nice. Also a lad i work with has old land's, he had a ambulance from the war and fixed it up and sold it to a German who drove it all the way back..

I've always found land rovers as cheap as anything else to insure as a young driver. I payed £1650 fully comp when I was 17 on my V8 110 station wagon, and it has 12 seats ffs! When I swapped my policy onto my fiat 126 (650cc, group 1) it only went down by £200.
