My polo is pink Colour. It is the mk2 -90 model. Did it come original in this Colour? I have seen 2 more with the same Colour and they was both -90's

In the boot, underneath the boot catch. There should be a sticker on there with it on.

If it the same as mine then its called ever green and the code is LA6C, an old lady sraped the paint off my bumper strip today with her car! So looking to get it re-sprayed or touched up. :-)

Easiest way is to speak to your nearest VW parts department, give them your reg/chassis number and they should give you the name and code

Thank you I found a very worn out almost non exsistant sticker a couple weekends ago and it is the code that you said nige!!

Now just trying to find somewhere that don't charge rip off prices for a few cans of pain!

Any suggestions ??

Mine says LA6C on the boot sticker too but doesnt look the same colour to me!

Hmm, paint code in the boot reads as LA6N, a google search says that is Taft green but I can't seem to find that in the PDF attached to the first post for verification.

It's on a 1991 Polo GT Breadvan, can anyone shed any light ont his for me, i've got some rust spots I need to shake a rattle can at.

the color is also known as cerise red but the vw name is franboise red as i have the same color halfords do a perfect match only because i mixed it
