tommo where's the details about that mustang?? you can't just teese us with one photo and just leave it at that!

I'm not gonna put a smarmy post up about how I'm so awesome and I own a mustang, on a polo forum!

But seen as you asked, its a 68 convertable, with a 289 V8. I'm currently stripping it down to repair the rotten bits and paint it wimbledon white.

And although my dad did give it me for christmas, I kinda gave him a knackerd superbeetle that I bought for £60, so just a swap really :-p

Theres a vid of it here...

that is cool as fuck, although if it was mine i'd be tempted just to run it like that lol. that unit looks spot on as well, bare room for working on your car, proper fucking jealous :-(

It will pass an MOT as it sits now easy. I will MOT it in the summer and drive it round as I bare metal it and repair the panels. Might even paint the headlight yellow haha.

If they have a leeds NCP club polo meet when the weathers nice I will take it there.

Just wants another carb before I put a test on it. The accelerator pumps have packed up so you have to pour fuel down the inlet to start it when its cold.
