Help please have a polo diesel 1.9 year 1998will not start when cold but will turn over until battery goes flat i have power to glow plugs have checked fuses none blown, can start by jumping of another car after a while, when she is going it runs very well indeed just did 10 miles and come back went to start straight away and even though its hot it now wont start when hot any idear s please
